What is a DPA?
A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is a legally binding contract between a data controller (you) and a data processor (us). It defines how personal data is handled when we process it on your behalf. DPAs are required under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and align with obligations under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

When you need one
You need a DPA with Zygo when:
- Zygo processes personal data on your behalf as part of a paid product (MailOps, CXO Assist, ArtistPro).
- Your organisation is subject to GDPR, DPDP Act, or similar data protection regulations.
- Your compliance or procurement team requires one as part of vendor onboarding.
