Terms of Service

• You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You're responsible for all activity under your account.
• Use role-based access to limit who can do what — we provide the controls, you manage the assignments.
• Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Fees are specified in your order form or subscription plan.
• All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice before your next renewal.
• Late payments may incur interest or lead to suspension after notice.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current term.
• No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Support is provided via email during business hours. Enterprise plans may include enhanced SLA and priority support.

The Services, including all software, designs, algorithms, and documentation, are and remain our intellectual property (or our licensors').

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services during your subscription term, for your internal business purposes only.

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g. email providers, CRMs, cloud infrastructure). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices. If a third-party service changes or discontinues, we'll do our best to provide alternatives but cannot guarantee uninterrupted functionality.

We provide the Services "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated outputs should be reviewed before reliance.

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with at least the same care it uses for its own (and no less than reasonable care). Confidential information includes business data, technical information, pricing, and any information marked or reasonably understood to be confidential. This obligation survives termination for 3 years or, for trade secrets, indefinitely.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance via email or in-product notification. If you continue to use the Services after the change takes effect, you accept the new Terms. If you disagree, you may cancel before the effective date.
